As the weather cools down and the seasons change, it is important that we nourish and uplift our immune system to endure the cold/flu seasons. Utilizing herbal prepararations and recipies passed down from our ancestors, we will create a powerful herbal infusion known as an oxymel.  

Oxymels are infusions made with  apple cider vinegar and raw honey. This timeless kitchen remedy can be used to help soothe the throat, calm a cough, or boost the immune system. 

During this social community gathering, we will prepare our own custom oxymels that participants can take home. We will disscuss ancestral roots in herbal healing, and methods of preparation, while learning the energetic properties of each herb. 

Everything needed to craft oxymels will be provided by June and Sage. 

Participants have the option to create a traditional Fire Cider oxymel or customize it to your own liking!

Come gather, commune, build community and have a good time with other kindred spirits. 

Light refeshments will be provided.
