During consultation, the issues for which you are seeking herbal support will be explored. The consultation begins with you completing the intake form and scheduling a date and time to meet by
phone or virtually. During this conversation, the herbalist will ask questions to help get a better sense of the issues for which you are seeking a consult and review any relevant medical history.

Following the initial consultation, the herbalist will take approximately 3-5 business days to review your
conversation, customize and draft a holistic plan that will be supportive to you. The holistic plan will include herbal, nutritional, and wellness strategies that will be supportive to you. This plan will be sent
to you via email.

Herbal Wellness Package - $190
Includes:

• 1 hr virtual assessment via phone or video call
• Customized write up of holistic herbal plan (plan includes herb, nutritional, and lifestyle recommendations, recipes and or herbal preparations guide. Consult does NOT include customized herbal products. Customized products can be purchased separately.
• 30 min follow up appointment to review herbal plan, answer questions or discuss additions to initial plan.

Basic Consultation - $90
Includes:

• 1 hr virtual assessment via phone or video call
• Herbal recommendations for customers to research/consider.
• This does NOT include customized write up of herbal plan, recipes, or herbal preparation guide.

Follow up Consultation - $40
Includes:

• 30 min follow up appointment to review herbal plan, answer questions or discuss additions to initial plan.
