Processing & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of being received, typically every Tuesday/Wednesday, with the exception of USA holidays or if otherwise stated. At this time we ship within the US.

 

USPS Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipping is done using USPS Priority mail. No signature is required, meaning that if you are not home, your package will be left on your doorstep/in your mailbox or mailroom.

 

Please note that after your order leaves my hands I am no longer responsible or liable for any lost and stolen packages, or undeliverable addresses. Please understand that when your order is shipped, what happens to it is out of my control. If you have any questions concerning tracking or shipping, please contact USPS. All packages are insured and claims can be submitted to USPS using your tracking number.

COVID-19  Delivery Impact: Delivery services have been impacted and are experiencing delays, due to the pandemic. Please note that we are unable to provide exact delivery times or send replacement parcels for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to check the USPS website for the most up to date delivery times.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my item(s) and receive a refund? 

No. For sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns.
 

Can I exchange an item for something else? 

No. For sanitation reasons, we cannot offer exchanges of any kind. 


Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed in our system. However, if you get in touch as quickly as possible, I can refund you and cancel your order if it hasn’t already been shipped out. Please provide your name and order reference number in your email. I will get in touch with you within 48 hours. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded.

I received a broken/damaged item(s). Can you refund and/or replace it?

Yes, absolutely! I will happily send you a replacement. Please email me promptly with images of the damages along with the name associated with the order. 


I received the wrong item(s). What do I do? 

Please let me know immediately by sending an email to juneandsage.co@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Be sure to add your name and order number to the email. If you open and use the wrong item you received, unfortunately we cannot issue a return for sanitation reasons.


I just realized I checked out with the wrong address. What should I do?
Mistakes happen - that’s okay! Please contact me at juneandsage.co@gmail.com  immediately with the correct full address, your name and order number so that I can find it in my system quickly and efficiently. If you don’t provide me with the correct address within 12 hours, I cannot do anything about your order being shipped to the address you originally provided.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:  For product safety, all sales are final. We will only issue a refund or exchange items that have been damaged in transit or are defective. Melted body butter does not qualify as a defective item (Please see FAQS for information on melted body butter). To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must notify us at juneandsage.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In the email, you must provide pictures of the broken or defective item. We mail out replacement items, if the item is in stock. if replacement merchandise is not in stock, we will then issue you a refund.
