Chamomille, Lavender, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Ashwagandha. 

Lavender (Lavandula Officinalis): A relaxing nervine herb eases tension in the body. Lavender helps calm the nerves and soothes digestion.

Chamomille (Chamomilla Recutita) : A cooling, relaxing herb that promotes restfullness and encourages the relaxation of nerves.

Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis): A lemony, aromatic herb that is traditionally used to support a blanced mood. Lemon balm soothes the nervous system and promotes restfullness. 

Ashwaghanda (Withania Somnifera): An adaptogenic herbs that supports the bodys ability adapt and cope with stress, promtoes mental clarity, energy and vitality.

Add 1 tbs of herbs to 8 oz of water. Steep for 5 mins and strain herbs.

Tip: After you have brewed a cup of tea, you can resteep the same herbs multiple times. Make multiple tea infusions by resteeping the same herbs in hot water for 2 mins. You can reinfuse the herbs about five times, getting the maximum benefit of your tea.

Wellness Tips : 

-Allow tea to cool a bit, if adding honey. Adding honey to water over 104 degrees can cause honey to lose its nutritional benefits.

 

Calm Tea Latte Recipe: 

-1 tbs Calm Tea Blend

-8 oz hot water

-4 tbs oatmilk ( or desired milk/ creamer)

-1 tbs Agave syrup

Steep tea in hot water for 5 mins. Strain herbs. Add milk and agave. Enjoy!
