Alfalfa, Moringa Leaf, Nettles, Green Mate, Green Tea, Peppermint, Turmeric, Rose, Sunflowers, Safflower, Mallow, Pineapple, Mango, Orange, Strawberry, Hibiscus. 

Alfalfa (Medicago Sativa): Alfalfa is known as "The king of herbs", as it is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, and nutrients. The roots of alfalfa grow up to 60 feet deep, allowing it to absorb a host of minerals and water. Alfalfa is a great nutritive, mineralizing herb. 

Moringa Leaf ( M. Olifera): Rich in essential vitamins and minerals, moringa is a nutritive herb that helps promote healthy hair and skin, balances blood sugar levels, supports cardiovasular wellness, and eases digestive imbalnces. 

Stinging Nettles (Urtica Dioica): Nettles is a nourishing herb that is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, protein, and other minerals. Nettles are often used to support healthy blood, bones, joints, and skin, to nourish the blood with iron, following blood loss during menstruation. Nettles are a great restorative herb for general weakness.

Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis): Antioxidant rich herb that encourages mental clarity and metabolism, revitalizes the body, supports heart health and balances blood sugar levels.

Peppermint (Mentha x piperita): Peppermint is a soothing, aromatic herb that supports the nervous system, stomach and colon. Peppermint helps to awaken senses, and lessen effects of colds, fevers, and headaches. 

Turmeric (Curcuma longa): Turmeric helps to stimulate digestion, tones and aids in liver functioning, eases minor swelling in the body and lessens pain.

Add 1 tbs of herbs to 8 oz of water. Steep for 5 mins and strain herbs.

Tip: After you have brewed a cup of tea, you can resteep the same herbs multiple times. Make multiple tea infusions by resteeping the same herbs in hot water for 2 mins. You can reinfuse the herbs about five times, getting the maximum benefit of your tea.

Wellness Tips : 

-Allow tea to cool a bit, if adding honey. Adding honey to water over 104 degrees can cause honey to lose its nutritional benefits.
