Ingredients: Turmeric Root, Black Peppercorn, Ginger Root, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Raw Organic ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother), Purified Water, Organic Wildflower Honey.

Ginger (Zingiber Officinale): Ginger is an aromatic, warming, antibacterial herb that encourages balanced blood circulation, digestion, healthy gut flora, and enhances immune fuction. 

Turmeric (Curcuma longa): Turmeric helps to stimulate digestion, tones and aids in liver functioning, eases minor swelling in the body and lessens pain.  

Black Pepper (Piper Nigrum): An ancient antiseptic, carminative, spice that is popularly used around the world. Aids the body in digestion, eases gas and bloating, and helps the body absorb larger compounds like curcumin (turmeric). 

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum): A spicy aromatic, astringent herb known for its digestive and circulatory properties. Cinnamon helps balance blood sugar levels, and stimulates circulation.

Take 2-3 tbs a day for a wellness boost.
Take more, if you're under the weather.
For a metabolic boost, take 1-2 tbs before each meal.

Use as you please, when creating a mocktail or cocktail.
Add to hot tea.                                                                                                              Mix with olive oil and toss over greens, as a salad dressing.
