Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurea): Echinacea is a drying and cooling herb known for its antiviral, immune stimulating, antiseptic properties. Echinacea is used to support the bodys defense against antibody formation and viral infections.
Holy Basil Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum): Holy Basil is an adaptogenic herb that supports the bodys response to stress. This herb is an antibacterial and antiviral used to support the immune wellness. Holy Basil is also known to balance blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar.
Elderberries (Sambucus Nigra): Antioxidant rich elderberries have properties that help aid the body in warding off inflammation and strengthening the immune system. Elderberry is popularly used for its decongestant properties. Elderberries can help support the body in lessening symptoms, and the duration of cold/flu.
Mullein Leaf (Verbascum spp): A moistening and cooling herb commonly used to support the upper respiratory system. The leaves have a soothing, hydrating effect on the lungs and helps aid the body in loosening mucus.
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium): Yarrow is a versitile herb containing diaphoretic, antimicrobial and homeostatic properties. Yarrows consituents help encourage sweating, which assists in balancing the bodies temperature. This herb supports the immune system, as it wards off infection. Yarrow is also known for its ability support balanced blood flow in the body.
Ginger (Zingiber Officinale): Ginger is an aromatic, warming, antibacterial herb that encourages balanced blood circulation, digestion, healthy gut flora, and enhances immune fuction.
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita): Peppermint is a soothing, aromatic herb that supports the nervous system, stomach and colon. Peppermint helps to awaken senses, and lessen effects of colds, fevers, and headaches.

Add 1 tbs of herbs to 8 oz of hot water. For maximum benefits steep herbs for 5-6 mins.
Tip: After you have brewed a cup of tea, you can resteep the same herbs multiple times. Make multiple tea infusions by resteeping the same herbs in hot water for 2 mins. You can reinfuse the herbs about five times, getting the maximum benefit of your tea.
Wellness Tips :
-Allow tea to cool a bit, if adding honey. Adding honey to water over 104 degrees can cause honey to lose its nutritional benefits.
